Woman Faces Attempted Murder Charges After Allegedly Shooting at Rihanna’s Home

A woman has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly firing several shots at the home of global pop icon Rihanna.

The suspect, identified as Ivanna Ortiz, reportedly drove to the singer’s residence in Beverly Hills and opened fire at the property while Rihanna and her family were inside. 

At the time of the incident, Rihanna was at home with her partner A$AP Rocky, their children, her mother and some staff members.

Authorities say multiple shots were fired at the residence and even struck a nearby property, although no injuries were reported.

Ortiz has since been arrested and charged with several felony offences including attempted murder and assault with a semi-automatic firearm. If convicted, she could face a life sentence in prison. 

Investigations are still ongoing to determine the motive behind the shocking attack.
