Controversial Ghanaian relationship counsellor Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt has reportedly been granted bail following his recent arrest.

The outspoken public figure was picked up by the police after allegedly making statements that were interpreted as inciting Ga youth to exhume the body of late highlife legend Daddy Lumba.

Authorities said the comments were capable of causing public unrest, especially amid ongoing tensions surrounding burial and family disputes involving the late musician.

Following his arrest, Lutterodt was granted bail set at GH₵50,000 as investigations into the case continue.

The development has sparked debate across social media, with some Ghanaians supporting the police action while others argue the counsellor’s comments were taken out of context.
